Notice regarding submission of application for Private Fruit Nursery Listing.

In regards to the approved "Fruit Sapling Production and Management Technical Standards Guideline, 2081 (with first amendment)" of this project; to manage the demand and supply of quality fruit saplings for the establishment of orchards of targeted fruit crops; nurseries that are registered according to prevailing laws and have been producing and selling saplings of fruit crops targeted by the project are requested to submit an application to this office, attaching the documents mentioned below, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this notice. Furthermore, private fruit nurseries that were listed in the previous Fiscal Year 2081/82 are also requested to be aware that they must be re-listed.

Documents to be attached when submitting the application:

1. Application form regarding private nursery listing as per Schedule-3.

2. Copy of Nursery Registration, Renewal, Tax Clearance, and Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate.

3. Copy of the nursery owner's Citizenship.

4. Copy of the Land Ownership Certificate (Lalpurja) where the nursery is located.
